The Lead spends approximately half of his/her time in direct execution of the work activities such as managing customer flow, and coordinating and providing break and lunch coverage. The Lead will actively monitor and optimize the customer experience at the cashwraps and assist in handling and resolving escalated customer issues. This individual supervises a team of 15-30 hourly associates and will fully participate in their selection, scheduling, training, and performance.
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong drive for results and executional skills
- Coaching and development skills
- Knowledge of store and retail operations
- Excellent communication skills
