As a member of our Retail Store Management youwill:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of anindividual Fashion Bug store to achieve targeted productivity, salesand profitability.
- Ensure world class customer service, storeimage, merchandise presentation, team development, asset protection,and cost control in attainment of Company objectives.
- Develop and motivate the sales team
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
