To look after children and entertain them while their parents or guardians shop and build customer loyalty by providing exemplary customer service.Job Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service by providing care to children aged 3-9. Interact with children by playing games, reading with and talking with children, as well as performing weekly crafts.
- Ensure all safety regulations are met during check in, the child's stay and check out.
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes place in the employee's designated department or elsewhere in the store.
- Assist with craft projects and bulletin boards to ensure a positive environment.
- Maintain a safe environment for the children by ensuring cleanliness of equipment, utensils and toys in the Eagle's Nest.
- Maintain cleanliness of department and work area, including the back room.
- Assist in other areas as required.
