Catherines Plus Sizes islooking for a Store Sales Manager inthe Philadelphia area.  Our Philadelphia area stores arelocated on Roosevelt Blvd; Springfield; Exton; Levittown; as well asMoorestown, Deptford and Lawrenceville, NJ.  We are looking forhigh energy, enthusiastic, self-motivated, individuals with a passionfor driving results. The Store SalesManager is responsible for achieving all store financial sales,operational standards and profit contribution objectives bydemonstrating and reinforcing the Company Principles. Dailyresponsibilities include the following areas: Meeting and exceedingsales goals, staff supervision and coaching, development of a careersuccession plan for exceptional store staff members, customersatisfaction, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence to safetystandards.

* * The ideal StoreSales Manager will possess the ability to manage multiple employees,achieve sales profitability and exceed customer satisfactionstandards and goals. * * Daily duties and responsibilities include:-- Customer Service: Handling and resolving all customer care issues.-- Ensure customer service standards are met to maximize customerexperience. -- Maintain store  appearance to current standards.-- Meeting and exceeding store financial goals, all operationalobjectives, and attainment of all company sales initiatives, andexecution of individual store standards. -- Completes storeopening and closing paperwork, daily sales reports and all financialtracking. Human Resources: -- Ensuring the adherence andimplementation of all Human Resources best practices within thestore, including scheduling, training, development and evaluation,and counseling store employees. -- Ensuring all store employeesare in compliance with company policies and procedures. -- Manage andcoach the employees in daily operations. -- Assist the DistrictManager to recruit, hire, train, develop and evaluate storestaff. Leadership Skills: -- Manages and coaches store staff foraccountability to increase their effectiveness, efficiency andproductivity through continual process improvement in the areas ofachieving all sales goals, customer service standards,problem-solving skills, store operations and staff relations. LossPrevention: -- Ensures the effective maintenance and protection ofcompany assets. Self-Development: -- Actively continuesself-development process by gaining knowledge and further buildingskills as a professional businessperson, sales manager and leader.
