This position isresponsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, andcreating an exciting fashion brand that will keep your customercoming back for more The Lane Bryant Store Sales Leader is accountable forassisting the Store Sales Manager in the managing of day-to-dayoperations of an individual Lane Bryant store to achieve targetedproductivity, sales and profitability. The Store Sales Leader alsoensures world class customer service, store image, merchandisepresentation, team development, asset protection, and cost control inattainment of Company objectives. Team development and motivation ofthe team are critical aspects of this position.
