Responsibilities: LANE BRYANT is seeking STORE SALES LEADERS (HourlyManagers) for stores in the Las Vegas, NV area. This position isresponsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, andcreating an exciting fashion brand that will keep your customercoming back for more The Lane Bryant Store Sales Leader is accountable forassisting the Store Sales Manager in the managing of day-to-dayoperations of an individual Lane Bryant store to achieve targetedproductivity, sales and profitability. The Store Sales Leader alsoensures world class customer service, store image, merchandisepresentation, team development, asset protection, and cost control inattainment of Company objectives. Team development and motivation ofthe team are critical aspects of this position.

Job Requirements

  • HHigh school diploma or equivalent. Some college aplus.

  • Good written and verbal communicationskills.

  • Ability to manage people, maintaining integrity andtrust.

  • Accuracy in all assigned paperwork.

  • Strong visual merchandising abilities.

  • Must present a professional appearance and personalgrooming.

  • Aability to bend, reach, squat, and stand for up to 4hours or longer as required.

  • Aability to use common tools.

  • Aable to operate computerized registersystem.

    M able to meet store-bankingrequirements and to respond to store alarm problems, asneeded.

  • Able to lift as much as 50 pounds.

  • Able to climb an 8-foot ladder.
