Responsibilities: LANE BRYANT is seeking a highly experienced StoreManagement Leaders. These positions are responsible for ensuringan exceptional customer experience, and creating an exciting fashionbrand that will keep your customer coming back for more Lane Bryant Store Management Leaders are accountable formanaging all day-to-day operations of an individual Lane Bryant storeto achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability. The StoreManagement Leaders also ensures world class customer service, storeimage, merchandise presentation, team development, asset protection,and cost control in attainment of Company objectives. Teamdevelopment and motivation of the team are critical aspects of thisposition.

Job Requirements

Qualified Candidates for the StoreManagement Leader position will possess the following:
  • Strong LeadershipSkills
  • Recruiting Skills
  • Merchandisingskills
  • 2-5 years of RetailApparel Store Management experience
  • Successful trackrecord in driving sales with the commitment to creating a warm,inviting environment for the customer by understanding the importanceof customer service
  • Coaching anddevelopment of staff
  • Strong BusinessAcumen and the ability to communicate with business partners at alllevels
  • College degree orequivalent work experience is a plus
  • Ability to identifybusiness opportunities and develop solutions
