Responsibilities: LANE BRYANT is seeking a highly experiencedDistrict Sales Manager for our Philadelphia market. Thisposition is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customerexperience, and creating an exciting fashion brand that will keepyour customer coming back for more

The qualified candidate will be responsiblefor providing sales and operational support to an assigned group ofstores.  Key accountabilities are as follows:

  • Ability to direct and motivate storemanagement teams to insure the effective and profitable operation ofthe district
  • Supports the division’s businessstrategy by focusing efforts on the Key Performance Indicators andattainment of established goals and objectives
  • Serves as the key communicator of thevision and overall business strategy of the brand to store staff
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, anddevelop staff
  • Responsibility to effectively executeall corporate initiated training programs
  • Be able to identify businessopportunities, resolve problem issues and execute businessstrategy 

Job Requirements

JobQualifications:

  • Proven ability tohandle diverse workload and multiple priorities
  • Proven success inmanaging and achieving superior results in all Key PerformanceIndicators
  • Strong organizationaland communication skills
  • Ability to providehigh level of customer service to all levels of internal and externalcustomer
  • Ability to multi-taskin a fast pace environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Minimum 3-5 years ofretail management experience in a multi-unit, soft lines environment
  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred
  • Must be able torelocate within region - ability to relocate in a broader demographicarea a plus
  • Overnight travel maybe required
  • Knowledge andproficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and otherapplications
