PNC Global Investment Servicing invites you to join our growing and dynamic Integrated Banking Transaction Services Team! As a member of this team, you will acquire knowledge of financial services and enhance your existing skills in customer service, data-entry, research, and adjustments to accounts while addressing the needs of our Brokers, clients, merchants and other financial institutions. You will be trained and mentored so you are prepared to answer incoming calls related to checking, debit card, ACH and bill payment while providing excellent service. You will use your ability to work independently and utilize various systems to update and/or provide customers with accurate information. This will include identifying inquiries beyond your level of expertise so you may escalate them to a Specialist. Additionally, you will need to utilize your interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships while adhering to prescribed telephone techniques. Your ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role because you will be expected to ensure accurate and complete fufillment of all requests in the required timeframes. You will also need to be flexible as the role will require you to assist in departmental projects and perform other related work assignments as required.
