The Marketing Associate Career responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop tactical execution of broker plans that are supported through personal sales efforts

• Coordinate with external and internal cross-functional teams (corporate marketing, sales, and vendors, etc.) to develop and implement strategies and plans of action for clientele.

•

Develop promotional tools and tactical strategies that are consistent with brand strategies and are easy for the field to use as meaningful to the clients

•

Manage and develop all Marketing Associate's into a TOP performing Marketing Associate

• Grow and interact collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization to clearly articulate brands strategies and vision

Job Qualifications for the Marketing Associate Career include:

• 1+ years of Marketing AND/OR sales experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

• Ability to adapt and to thrive in a startup organization that already has a huge global presence

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
